Between Oct. 1st and May 31st mid week is $300.00+HST for 2 night minimum and $50+HST for extra night based on ocupancy of 2 people and $50.00+HST per aditonal person per night
We can offer gourmet breakfasts and also catered food as well as some specialty diets.
For all information, please phone as we depend on local caterers to assist in your needs.
Holidays - Christmas, New Years, Easter need to be booked well in advance.
Small groups call for special rates.

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
| Full refunds on all fees paid if cancelled a minimum of 60 days in peak season or 45 days in off season PRIOR to the first day of the booking. If cancelled within 60 days in peak season or 45 days in off season of the first day of the booking, refund will be made ONLY if a replacement booking is taken. We do understand that emergencies do happen and will work with you in the event that one does occur. |

ALL Pets Are Welcome.
You must notify us at time of booking what pets are ariving. There is a charge between $50 to $100 per pet. All pets must be on the outer enclosed deck. Claws must be trimmed and be on fea and tick prevention methods.
